Target is available in two delivery models: Premise-based, and hosted. Either way, you get a comprehensive, rich-client application without the limitations of web-based systems. However, web access is also available for those situations that demand it.

Premise-based systems can be licensed in two ways. First, by ports/concurrent users. You must purchase licenses equal to the maximum number of concurrent users. When capacity far outsrtips actual usage will be priced on a case by case basis. The license pricing is tiered, and gets lower as the maximum number of concurent users increases.

A second licensing method for Target is by-the-minute, with unlimited concurrent users. This pay as you go is a fraction of a cent per minute, and calculated by the number of monthly conferencing minutes processed by Target. Again, the price per minute decreases as the number of minutes processed increases. This is meant to reduce the initial capital outlay. A significant percentage of total payments will be applied towards any future purchase of permanent licenses.
